I couldn't tell you which brand of dish soap makes the most bubbles but, I can tell you that dish soap makes bubbles because it contains a substance or combination of substances that reduce the surface tension of the water, effectively making it wetter, allowing the water to form buubles, along with emulsifiers to help fat mix with water.

The soap that makes the most bubbles will be the one that is the most concentrated or which has the best surface tension reducing qualities relative to it's mass.

i think Max bar and Vim makes more bubbles while dish bar and give shine.
