Good luck man just take it one day at a time.
Hi Terry welcome to the forum.
That’s good advice, one day at a time is the best way to take it. I know what you mean, you do get sick of the drug lifestyle, after a while it does become a bit repetitive and it’s real easy for life to pass you by when you’re stoned all the time.
Any time you want to get something off your chest we are here to listen.
Take care and keep us posted on how it goes.

Good on you Terry, it’s all about staying positive.

Still clean and sober, my mood is now much better and my lungs feel a heck of allot better too. I have started running again which is something I have not done in years and with every day that passes I can feel I am getting fitter. Thanks for the comments of support.
