That’s it I have had enough of this druggy lifestyle and want my old life back. I have got rid of my bong and deleted all my dealers numbers. Here goes nothing, wish me luck.

Hi Terry welcome to the forum.

That’s good advice, one day at a time is the best way to take it. I know what you mean, you do get sick of the drug lifestyle, after a while it does become a bit repetitive and it’s real easy for life to pass you by when you’re stoned all the time.

Any time you want to get something off your chest we are here to listen.

Take care and keep us posted on how it goes.

Tell me about it, the last few years have just flew by and I don’t think I have achieved a thing.

I am feeling the withdrawal and don’t feel too good. But I am determined to stay strong.

Still clean, but feeling really sweaty and crabby. Would kill for a spliff, but won’t give in.

    Thumbs up

Still clean and sober, my mood is now much better and my lungs feel a heck of allot better too. I have started running again which is something I have not done in years and with every day that passes I can feel I am getting fitter. Thanks for the comments of support.
