Default I'd rather our troops be in Zimbabwe than Iraq

Am I the only person who would rather our troops be in Zimbabwe than Iraq, where they might actually be doing some good?

Default The question of regime change

Well since the whole wmd thing turned out to be a load of rubbish, and then the US and UK government took the tact, we owed it to the Iraqi people to get rid of Saddam, they deserve freedom. Don’t we owe the people of Zimbabwe the same?

If there was ever a case for regime change Zimbabwe is it.

Oh that’s right, I remember they don’t give a turd because they have no oil.

I bet our troops could be in and out, leaving the country with the president they really elected, within a fortnight.

    Talking Get out of Iraq

I think they should get out of Iraq, and go save some people's lives instead of killing so many.

I think these statements are a little misguided. I do not think that we Brits or the Yankees have any right to be going into nations and telling them who can/cannot lead. If the UN makes a declaration, like with Libya, then sure, but Iraq, it was only the two of our nations who went in there under false pretenses. As for Zimbabwe, if the international community sees it fit to go in there, then we can. Otherwise, it's not up to one nation.

Yeah it all depends on your point of view I guess. One man’s hero is another man’s war criminal.
