1. Decide you want to quit.
2. Throw away all pipes, papers, lighters, weed, drip, bongs, ect. (anything that has to do with weed)
3. Write down and keep a list of reasons you want to quit.
4. Delete previous dealer's numbers from contacts.
5. Tell your friends that you smoke with that you have decided to quit. They will most likely accept and support your decision, if not.. then they aren't really great friends.
6. Keep yourself active/busy-fill your time with excersize, music, books, movies, running ect.
7. Stay positive and trust yourself.
