cannabis withdrawal and the flu

well i have been smoking cannabis for 3 months and it was time to say goodbye normally i will be off colour for a couple of days then physically i will be fine just irritable and have lots of anxiety this time i have extreme stomach cramps can't eat and am constantly tired and feel sick.

Is it possible that i have contracted a virus at the same time, i have quite before when i had smoked for 6 months and never felt this bad, funny thing is I'm not even tempted to go there well i am slightly but the way i feel i wouldn't want to do this from scratch again lol

Anyone had the same???

It is highly possible that you may have contracted some illness and it's this that is causing your cramps and nausea however, it could also be withdrawal as I know people who have experienced similar. Get some good multi vitamins down you and see if it helps.
