Isn't it awful that once you reach the age of 70 years it's so expensive to buy travel insurance, and almost impossible to get if you have pre existing health problems? Even heart attacks that happened many years ago affect it!

It is definitely hard, but there are people and companies out there who can help you.
Are you talking about life insurance for traveling or health insurance? I would think by the age of 70 most people have some pre-existing condition or another.
I agree that it can be tough to get insurance in your old age. I see a lot of insurance companies that are geared toward the elderly on television commercials though. I think those companies assume you will have a pre-existing condition.
Thankfully I have enough health problems at my age that I don't expect (or want) to make it to age 70. At the rate I'm going now I'd just be a big ball of pain that couldn't move.
