Get some Multi-Vitamins
Get some Melatonin ( it will help with insomnia- though it doesn't put you to sleep it will

Its finally over! I think the last time I had a withdrawal symptom
The question was do I nee to stop smoking completely to feel withdrawals or will I feel them even just by cutting down.
